What to include
If you are reporting a problem with a tool, the following makes it much easier to reproduce:
- the tool you were using and what you were trying to do;
- your browser and operating system;
- the type and rough size of the file or text you used — please do not send the file itself unless we ask for it;
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
What we cannot help with
Celveri has no upload endpoint and no database, so nothing you put into a tool reaches us and we cannot recover anything you have processed or lost. We also cannot offer legal, financial or technical advice beyond how our own tools work.
Response times
Celveri is a small independent project, so a reply is not guaranteed. Reports of a broken tool or a privacy concern are looked at first.
