1. Who these terms are with

Celveri (“we”, “us”) is operated by Afnan Devs. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. What Celveri provides

Celveri offers free online utilities for image and text tasks. No account is required and there is no charge. We may add, change or withdraw a tool at any time, and we do not promise that any particular tool will remain available.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Celveri to process material you do not have the right to process, or that is unlawful;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems serving it;
• scrape, frame or redistribute the site in a way that passes it off as your own;
• use the site in breach of any law that applies to you.

4. Your content

You keep all rights in the files and text you use with our tools. Because the tools run in your browser and the site has no upload endpoint, we do not receive, store or claim any licence over that content. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Keep your own copies. You are responsible for your originals, and we cannot recover anything.

5. No warranty

Celveri is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will be accurate or suitable for your purpose, or that any output will meet a third party’s requirements. Check important results yourself before relying on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of Celveri. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Our intellectual property

The Celveri name, wordmark, site design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the tools freely; you may not copy the site itself or present it as your own service.

8. Third-party links

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or practices.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The review date below shows when the current version was published, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
