Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Celveri handles data as the site stands on 22 October 2026.

This policy is written to describe the site as it actually is today, not as it may be later. If Celveri starts collecting something new — analytics, advertising or accounts — this page will be updated before that change goes live.

Who is responsible

Celveri is operated by Afnan Devs, which is the controller of any personal data described below.

Files and text you use with our tools

Celveri’s tools are built to run in your browser. The site has no upload endpoint and no database, so files and text you put into a tool are not transmitted to Celveri and are not stored by us. They stay in the memory of the browser tab and are discarded when you close or reload the page.

Each tool page states how that specific tool works. If a future tool ever needs to send data to a server, that tool will say so on its own page before you use it, and this policy will be updated.

Cookies and storage

Celveri sets no cookies at all. Nothing is attached to your requests and nothing identifies you between visits.

Two things are kept in your browser’s own local storage, which never leaves your device and is not sent to us:

  • Your analytics choice. If you answer the question about analytics, the answer is remembered so you are not asked again.
  • Google Analytics identifiers, but only if you agree to analytics. Declining means they are never created.

You can clear both at any time through your browser’s settings for this site.

Analytics

Celveri uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to count visits and see which tools people use. We use it to decide what to build and fix, not to identify anyone.

It is off until you say otherwise. No request is made to Google, and no analytics identifier is created, unless you answer yes to the question shown when you first visit. Declining loads nothing. This is stricter than a banner that records you while asking permission, and it is why the rest of this page can be so short.

If you do agree, Google receives:

  • the pages you view on this site, and when;
  • approximate location from your IP address, which is truncated before storage;
  • your browser, device type and operating system;
  • how you arrived, such as a search engine or a link from another site.

Google acts as our data processor for this and may transfer data outside your country. Their own privacy policy and business data terms apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which removes the stored choice and stops the tag loading again until you are asked afresh.

The files and text you use with the tools are never sent to Google. Analytics records that a page was visited, nothing about what you processed on it.

Advertising

There is no advertising on Celveri, and no advertising or profiling cookies are set. If that changes, this page will be updated before any advertising code goes live, not after.

Server logs

Celveri runs on a virtual private server that Afnan Devs administers directly, rather than on a third-party website platform. Like almost any web server, it records standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, for security and reliability. That information is not combined with anything else, is not used to profile you, and is not sold or shared for advertising.

The server itself is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, whose own terms apply to the infrastructure it runs on.

Fonts and third-party resources

The site’s typeface is served from Celveri’s own domain rather than from a third-party font service, so loading a page does not send a request to another company on your behalf.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data held about you, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because Celveri holds no accounts, no user records and no uploaded files, in practice there is normally nothing for us to retrieve or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will look into it.

Children

Celveri is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.
